Little is known of the ancestors of Thomas Tracy.
He was a Baptist farmer with Irish origins.
In his later years, he turned to carpentry, leaving the backbreaking work of farming to his sons.
He married Elizabeth Sharp probably around 1850.
Thomas and Elizabeth had nine children, only six whom survived beyond their fourth birthday.
I am the great-great grandson of Thomas Tracy, and I am the keeper of this record.
